GLUELINE

The Lamina Glueline is a fully automatic non-stop gluing andfolding machine for one piece or two piece boxes/displays. The machine workswith two heavy duty vacuum controlled belt feeders which feed in the one or twopieces. By using Lamina’s registration system and non-stop feeder, the machineis extremely effective for one or two piece boxes or displays. The Glueline canwork with hot-melt glue or as combination of both hot and cold glue. Themachine feeds in the one or two pieces into the two piece registration andjoining unit after applying glue and then continues to the next station forfolding. The Glueline is built in modules that can be separated with the trackson the floor it is easy to slide the units apart for full access during set-upand service.

Automatic sheet feeder
Sheets are fed by four vacuum belts with a heavy duty vacuum fanfor handling various materials. The feeder can be set for 2 piece products orsingle part boxes/displays.

Glue equipment
The gluing unit is hot melt as standard but could be acombination of hot and cold glue. Programing of the glue strings are easilydone from the touch screen and can be saved for repeat orders.

Registration unit
The registration unit is adjustable for different flaps and iscontrolled by a combination of guides and mechanical pushing system and photosensors for perfect registration.

Folding unit
The folding of the display or box is done by a set-up guidesystem. The folding unit are with an easy set-up adjusted to fit for a numberof different constructions of boxes and displays.

Set-up
All modules are placed on tracks on the floor and are movable.This system provides the operator with full access to the machine and enablesan easy and quick set-up.

Options
The Lamina Glueline can be equipped with options like Press Station,Automatic stacker and Tape application. An extra option is needed for productswhere the glue flap has the same length as the material.
