GLUELINE

The Lamina Glueline is a fully automatic non-stop gluing and folding machine for one piece or two piece boxes/displays. The machine works with two heavy duty vacuum controlled belt feeders which feed in the one or two pieces. By using Lamina’s registration system and non-stop feeder, the machineis extremely effective for one or two piece boxes or displays. The Glueline can work with hot-melt glue or as combination of both hot and cold glue. The machine feeds in the one or two pieces into the two piece registration and joining unit after applying glue and then continues to the next station for folding. The Glueline is built in modules that can be separated with the tracks on the floor it is easy to slide the units apart for full access during set-up and service.

Automatic sheet feeder
Sheets are fed by four vacuum belts with a heavy duty vacuum fan for handling various materials. The feeder can be set for 2 piece products or single part boxes/displays.

Glue equipment
The gluing unit is hot melt as standard but could be a combination of hot and cold glue. Programing of the glue strings are easily done from the touch screen and can be saved for repeat orders.

Registration unit
The registration unit is adjustable for different flaps and is controlled by a combination of guides and mechanical pushing system and photosensors for perfect registration.

Folding unit
The folding of the display or box is done by a set-up guide system. The folding unit are with an easy set-up adjusted to fit for a number of different constructions of boxes and displays.

Set-up
All modules are placed on tracks on the floor and are movable.This system provides the operator with full access to the machine and enablesan easy and quick set-up.

Options
The Lamina Glueline can be equipped with options like Press Station,Automatic stacker and Tape application. An extra option is needed for products where the glue flap has the same length as the material.
