The Lamina SA is a sheet-to-sheet semi-automatic laminating/mounting machine. It has an automatic suction cup feeder for bottom sheets and a hand fed operation for top sheets. The machine is very operator-friendly, and because of the modular construction it allows upgrading to fully automatic with little or no disruption.

A varying amount of top and bottom sheets can be handled in the machine, and because of its compact size the machine is very easy to integrate in your working area.

A number of options such as Single Face Feeder, Down Stacker and Pressure Belt etc. Can be added whenever it is required.

Lamina semi-automatic laminating machine type 1110-1620 SA, 800/-

A Lamina Model semi-sheet laminator - For sheet-to-sheet laminating of paper and cardboard-to-cardboard, solid and corrugated.

The machine features a modular construction which combines a rigid framework with modern anodized alumininum profiles resulting in a heavy-duty, yet attractive unit that will give many years of dependable service. Set up and changeover are accomplished quickly and easily from the operator side without the use of tools. A combination of mechanical and photocell controls results in consistent registration accuracy up to +/- 0,2 mm when proper materials and conditions exist.

Lamina's laminating machine type 1110-1620 SA is equipped with:

Automatic substrate sheet feeder

For automatic feeding of the bottom sheet. Suction cups pick up the top sheet from the stack and transfer it to the precision gluing unit. The feeder is designed to handle materials from 250 gm/m2 to 10 mm (0,39) 1 pts = 28,25 g/m2 corrugated from  0,6-10 mm (0,016 - 0,39).

Precision gluing unit‍
The gluing units for accurate application of cold PVA glue to the upper surfaceof the substrates are equipped with automatic glue dispensers directlyconnected to the glue container. The film thickness of the glue isautomatically kept under control irrespective of the sheet (board) thickness.During machine standstill the rotation speed of the rollers is reduced to a lowidling speed. The precision gluing unit can be made fully accessible for easycleaning by vertically swinging the top and bottom sheet conveyors up and outof the way.

Laminating station‍
In the automatic laminating station, the top and bottom sheets areautomatically controlled by the registration system. the sheets are registeredautomatically at the lead as well as at the operator side, resulting inaccuracy levels up to +/- 0,2 mm. Photocells prevent the lamination processunless both sheets are properly positioned.

PLC control system
The Lamina PLCcontrol system includes:
Touch screen monitor, continuous display of operating status, display of set upprocedures for machine functions, touch screen activation of controlled machinefunctions and complete diagnostic screen with visual alarm.

Press station
This unitconsists of an adjustable press roller system ensuring perfect lamination.

Stacking table
For thestacking of finished products. The table can be turned and pulled out acc torequirements.
